ABUJA- AHEAD of next month’s Presidential election, National Leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has accused the All Progressives Congress, APC of Planning Fake Poll rating for its Presidential candidate, General Muhammadu Buhari, Rtd. According to PDP in a statement yesterday by its National Publicity Secretary, Chief Olisa Metuh, the APC and its Presidential candidate must focus on real campaign and try to win followers genuinely instead of what it termed, applying cheap diversionary tactics. According to Metuh, “the APC so called ‘change agenda’ should be based on issues and not on change of dressing and religious gathering. “This election is not about political window-dressing and dramatizing. What will count is record of performance and antecedents, which President Jonathan stands taller than General Buhari. “It is therefore not surprising that the APC and its Presidential candidate will resort to organizing a kangaroo opinion rating in a failed attempt to cover up the...

An autopsy report indicated that the 25-year-old professional footballer died of congestive heart failure in the 77th minute of the match. Femi Ojuri, a businessman, said that he was not satisfied with the way the country’s past heroes were being honoured, especially those in the sports arena. “We have to remember our past heroes in ways that will encourage the younger ones to know that they will always be remembered. “Okwaraji was a true hero that played with his heart and died in the national colours of the country. “The structure displaying his rem...

I asked Yvonne if she was not treading on dangerous path if indeed she had ever dated Jim Iyke. Smiling, Yvonne told me “I am not dating Jim Iyke – and that’s the truth, but I want to confess that we have very close relationship. We have great chemistry together – call it some form of magic between us, especially when we act together. He is a hot guy and I like him a lot. We are always together when he comes to Ghana to act in movies, I drive him around. When I am in Nigeria, he does the same for me. But does that mean that we are dating? The answer is no. We are great friends – the manner I am with Majid Michel, John Dumelo – these are great and hot friends of mine as well. Does it mean that I must date ever person that I have an on-screen chemistry with? People should learn to be less judgmental. There is nothing wrong about havi...
